Abdominal or Pancreas pain? Take a look at this

August 6, 2025

Some people don’t know, but abdominal or pancreatic pain can be a biofeedback response to foods that aren’t optimal for the body. Every food in the do not eat and, foods that can cause problems section of our Clear skin diet are foods that can trigger abdominal or pancreas pain. These foods not only contain inflammatory compounds but also contain digestive enzyme inhibitors that impact your body’s ability to digest foods.

Fruits

Another food group that can trigger pancreas pain is fruits! Someone on our team has direct experience with this. When eating very ripe plantains, they feel tinges of pain in the pancreas area, but are pain-free when eating less sweet carbs. This may have to do with fructose.

Many people including health practitioners may not be aware of the connection between fruits and pancreas pain.
