Pancreas pain? Take a look at this

August 6, 2025

Some people don’t know but pancreas pain can be a biofeedback response to foods that aren’t optimal for their bodies. Every food in the do not eat and, foods that can cause problems section of our Clear skin diet are foods that can trigger pancreas pain. These foods contain inflammatory compounds some also contain digestive enzyme inhibitors that block your body from secreting it’s normal amount of enzymes.

Fruits

Another food group that can trigger pancreas pain is fruits! Someone on our team has direct experience with this. When eating very ripe plantains, they feel tinges of pain in the pancreas area but are pain free when eating green and non-sweet carbs. We believe it has to do with fructose.

Many people including health practitioners may not be aware of the connection between fruits and pancreas pain.
