Foods with seeds
These are foods like squashes. Any time you eat foods that contain seeds try to avoid eating the seeds because they could trigger a skin flare.
Note: Squashes are a fruit but contain lectins so you may be sensitive to them.
Spices
Some spices are actually just seeds or are nightshades. If you’re having skin issues, it may be worthwhile to avoid these spices until you can confirm they don’t give you issues. For a list of spices that can cause problems, look at the graphic below.

The species in the “Seed-based early reintroduction spices” section in the bottom right have the highest likelihood of causing you problems because they are seeds. The spices in the bottom left are less likely to cause problems, but they may be problematic for you, so stay vigilant.
