Dairy
We think there are a number of foods that are yummy with the help of cheese or milk but dairy contains compounds that cause skin issues for people. To learn why, read this.
Note: Some people are able to eat ghee which isn’t supposed to contain lactose or casein. Two compounds that trigger inflammation in those sensitive to dairy.
Eggs
Eggs contain compounds that can create skin issues for some. Some people sensitive to eggs are able to handle the egg yolk but not the egg white. This is because the egg white part of the egg(which contains most of the protein) is what contains most of the compounds that can trigger inflammation. For more on why eggs are inflammatory read this.
Eggs are in a way, seeds so it follows that like plant seeds, they contain defense chemicals to discourage animals from eating them.
Note: Some people claim they can eat eggs from chickens that weren’t fed grains while feeding.
